Poor service delivery from Toyota Bethlehem

I bought a brand new car at toyota Bethlehem and drive it for 2 and half years after that the radio went off i took the vehicle to the dealer they removed it saying they are going to inspect it. after the inspection they found that it was factory fault,they promised to order me a new radio after 4 to 5 months they called me saying I must bring my car to fit the new radio i waited for my car from 08:30 till 17:00 they then say they oder wrong radio.i must take my car they will phone me when they find another radio.I am so disappointed in toyota
