poor service delivery

Dropping my car I was greated by a rather upset looking employee, then tried call and wasleft on hold 3 times before someone answerd, was told my car , is still not ready although it was dropped off at 7am and still not ready at 14:46..would much rather use Toyota woodmead as I am ver uphauld with service delivery..
