Poor Service Delivery

I bought an Audi A4 1.8 TFSI on the 22 June 2022. My brother fetched the car for me after having transferred their money. When the car arrived only to find that there is no service history. I tried to remind them about this on numerous occasions, and as per our initial agreement, but todate the sales lady keeps on giving me empty promises. At certain stages she tells me she will forward some invoices from the 1st owner which proves that the car was indeed serviced but she never kept her promises. Even to get my proof of purchase I had to dig deep for a month. I will have a serious problem when I wanna sell this car and I am even thinking of sending it back to them now if not taking the legal actions. Kindly intervene
