POOR SERVICE, CREDIBILITY & COMPETENCE

On 21 March 2015, i took my Fortuner to Toyota Honeydew, Johannesburg to have the driver's door rubber replaced. On completion, I enquired with Jaco the supervisor, why the replacement rubber never fitted like the original. I was told that the rubber would eventually expand and fit properly.
