Poor service, and no feed back from toyota

The vehicle was sent in to Toyota brits, there was a problem with the wiring because of rodents chewing on them.<br> <br> The vehicle has been at Toyota brits for about a month and a half and every week we get told the vehicle will be ready this week, and when the end of the week comes we get more excuses why the vehicle is not ready.<br> <br> We have already paid for the repairs to be done on the vehicle and it is still not ready.<br> <br> We also do not receive any feedback regarding the progress of the vehicle of any form, and we must phone Toyota every time to find out about any progress.<br> <br> Regards <br> Charlene Ferreira
