Poor service

Bought a brand new car about 4 years ago. When we went for an installment adjustment since the car value has depreciated... The manager turned us down and told us that we were to get such a low interest rate (not sure of the exact interest rate but it was around 12.6ish). I doubt that I will consider Toyota as my dealership of choice.
