poor Service

The service at Toyota South Africa Headoffice is very bad,they don’t have customers service at all on the 11 may 2023 ,I phoned the head office to check if my car has Warranty or not but the guy who helped me told that yes I have a warranty which is expiring some where next Year.which made me so happy but to my surprise the very same day another guy called me offering me a warranty which I told him that I have one already cause I was told that I have one.but he said no you don’t have then I ended up taking one.but by that time I already called the dealership in burgersfort to bring my car for Quote.Eish the service that I got there was very Poor ,very low no one willing to help me taking me from pilar to Post,I want this sorted out cause I don’t know what
