Poor service

my husband took my car for service (2015/04/24)and when he was about to leave he saw my car going out of the dealer and he asked the driver who was taking him home to go back. when he went to ask no one could answer and he had to wait for the car to come back. he asked the person who was driving my car whats happening and he said he was going to close the window of his car by the mall, my question would be why didn't he walk to the mall, are there no cars at the dealership that they use. if anytjing happened to my car what were they going to do, its not a long distance but its my car and my petrol and i also pay for that service and i have a right to tell them when they are wrong. i feel this is wrong because we dont know what they do with other customers cars and why is he parking his car by the mall while theres parking at southern toyota .i am really dissapointed , i dont know what will it take for me to trust them with my car again, i have to find another dealership where i can service my car.
