Poor Service

<p>I received poor service from a Toyota dealer and they disregarded my feedback and logged the feedback as satisfactory. I sent a message on the Toyota website regarding the matter but nobody has been in contact with me as yet. The feedback provided is clearly not taken seriously by Toyota nor do they care about customer contact.</p>
