Poor Service

As per a review on Rondesbosch East Toyota for poor after sales service - I contacted Toyota SA, as this was an Automark dealership.

They refused to accept any responsibility/accountability or hold the dealership accountable in any way. In actual fact, they distance themselves from the issues I have with this dealership.

There is no such thing as a Toyota promise...they made that abundantly clear in the manner they address issues.
