Poor Service

<p>This relates to repairs on a noisy gearbox of a 2008 Corolla with 94 000km on the clock. During May they did repairs on damages caused by a rubber seal that perished long before the due date. Milage was only 94 000km at the time. According to them the Gearbox ran dry causing a bearing to cease. Repair costs amounted to R10 000 all for labour. Three weeks later the noise once again was imminent from the Gearbox. Toyota outsources Gearbox repairs. I wrote a mail, including Toyota SA, informing them to confirm a date to investigate the vehicle again as well as supplying me with the name of the repairer. Until now I had some feedback from Toyota SA but nothing from Monument Toyota. I am concern the gearbox can cease completely at speed causing an accident and endangering lives of my family and other road users. By not responding it is clear Toyota dont care about the quality of work or the safety of other roadusers. Really disgusting but I suppose it is all about the Brandname, and therefore lives means nothing to them. The POWER of MONEY. My recommendation is to find alternative dealers who care. It seems Monument Constantia West Rand dont need Customers. </p>
