poor service

I have a problem with Toyota Newcastle, I trade in the BMW R16100 but the settlement from financials services was R139000. therefore I should have received the refund of R20000.

its been 3 months now. when I call Toyota to follow up they pointing fingers to absa financial services. it is really frustrating now.
