Poor Service

On 7th Jan 2015, I took my car in for its 95000km service . I used their drop off service where you have to state if they should drop you off & pick you up again. I wrote my details in their log book so they could fetch me BUT THEY DID NOT. They phoned at around 2pm & told me about one of my brake lights & number plate lights. I told them to leave those lights & replace the one in front BUT THEY DID NOT. At past 4pm they called me & told to come pick up my car of which it was impossible as I only have that one car & besides, they were suppose to come & pick me as they were suppose to ,like they normally did in the past 3 times I've been there. They ended up driving my car to my house of which I did not like one bit because who was going to pay had something happened on the way. This past weekend, I opened my bonnet for the very first time since it came back from service only to find that my engine cover had cracked. They didn't even bother to let me know they had broken it . A week later from the service date, their agent called me to ask for a service rating. I told her how dissatisfied I was & she promised me that the manager would call me & IM STILL WATING till today.
