poor service

As part of vehicle service i requested that they check my radio which does not play cd s anymore. This is a third party fitment which they offered when i purchased the toyota fortuner in 2013. But until now i have been sent from pillar to post. Its a MotorOne radio who cant even confirm if it is still under warrant?e. I am even willing to pay for the service but they couldnt help me despite several promises that they will come back to me. I have also bought a prado from the same dealer but the treatment i am getting is pathetic. I have since moved over my custom to toyota centurion.
