Poor communication from TOYOTA SA, no care , no empathy.

Toyota SA, do you care about your customers, esp the customers you've inconvenienced. Youze at Toyota SA are highly *********** in customer- care. You don't take Your customers serious. No response to emails, Staff do not bother to reply. Only when issues are escalated to the highest level, then there is some movement. Well, that is what I'm going to do. Luckily in SA, we do have democratic structures to turn to. That's what I'm going to do.
