On 23 November 2018, I submitted a review to your attention about Toyota Acadia funded by Wesbank when I bought my Toyota Hllux 2.4 HD-6 RB SRX P/U D/C. Its settlement amount was R557,807.59. West bank and Toyota auctioned it at R337,750.00. Then I had to pay R214,770.87, as a shortfall amount due.

With regard to the above I feel that there is no justice on this matter. Wesbank knows every detail of my story from where the employer took my travelling allowance in February 2018. I immediately communicated with them asking them not to punish me because as per my previous record since I bought this vehicle my payment record was good, and this is a problem that I did not do myself.. I purchased the vehicle in June 2017, and my monthly installment began in August 2017 till February 2018. On 10 July 20 18 the vehicle was taken. To me is that I am still willing to pay the vehicle if I was given time to resolve my issues with my employer, but unfortunately its already auctioned without my concern. I was communicating with Ms. Juddy Etty from west bank. She gave me her email address as ********** which I communicated to her with but unfortunately she never responded where I was asking to be given time before they take the vehicle. When I call she was always not available on the number she communicated to me i.e. ********** 319. I will always find someone else who will tell me a different story.

Other South Africans with my similar problem are still with their vehicles due to arrangements. to me its different. It shows that in South Africa we are always not equal. hellopeter please HELP.
