Payment of outstanding money and licence disk

I purchased a Hi lux Legend vehicle from Toyota Hatfield and received the vehicle on the 9th January 2015. To date I have still not received my licence disk. I use this vehicle for business purposes and as a result my business is suffering because I cannot use the vehicle as intended. Every time I follow up they say I will receive it soon but nothing happens. I also traded an old vehicle in and they owe me R 4000 for this vehicle. I also receive no feedback regarding this money and every time I contact them I am sent from pillar to post.The salesman was over helpful when I traded in and purchased a new vehicle from them. After he got what he wanted he didn't care anymore. Horrific to say the least.
