Payment arrangements no assistance
Good day

My mother bought a car with Toyota Ladysmith in 2011 (not sure) its a Toyota Corrola, 2014 she resigned and made aarangements of payments and also to make you aware that she is unemployed. She has been calling this number *** for any arrangements. In March she made a payment of R10 000.00 instead of R15 000.00 that was requested. She has called again in June for the arrears and was told on a Wednesday that she needs to pay R11 000.00 for the months she has not paid, when she called for confirmation that she is going to make the payment on the same week Friday she was told that she need not to pay the R11 000.00 but to pay the settlement of the vehicle which is R109 491.00 within 20 days or the car will be repossed. How is possible for Toyota to change over the week? And we were told that the letter was issued out from the court to make her aware but no letter was received or signed for by the buyer? Please assist with this matter because she is working and will pay going forward. But Toyota is refusing to even listen to her but want the settlement. Yes it was in your contract but the treatment is not good at all and your staff in Durban act as if no-one knows.
