Pathetic Sevice

My car went in for a service today 07 March 2016. The service department went on to service my car without giving me a quotation. My question is who approved that quote. Really service is bad at Toyota, Firstly the very same car I bought last year November was involved in an accident and it was NEVER disclosed to me until the very same car nearly got me and my family killed. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE YOU GIVE TO CUSTOMERS. <br> <br> Guess what you have lost a loyal customer, I am going to trade my car in and never deal with such Pathetic not reliable people ever again
