Pathetic service from Toyota SA

I bought a Land Cruiser last year in May 2024 and since then I have been reporting that the radio has been faulty. I have requested that the unit be replaced and everytime I get sent from pillar to post, everytime I am told to send pictures of the radio. The service I got from the dealership is nothing short of pathetic and no decision for more than six months, even though the vehicle was bought new
