Pathetic service

Good day I took my car to Toyota sa in Limpopo polokwane Branch for 45000 km service on the 10th of November 2021.. I received a call from sales advisor by the name of Elias to say they are done servicing the car... When I went to take the car I asked him if the brake pads are replaced ? He told me that the front ones are 50% and 30% at the back... When I take the car it was making funny sound from the back wheels...I thought maybe the sound will stop as I drive.. however it continued... I raised the issue with the service manager called koos Groenewald he took my numbers and promised to come back to me within a few minutes..those few minutes turned into 2 weeks.. even today am still waiting for his call.i had to take my car to machanic to check it for me only to find that those brake pads at the back are finished.it seems like they don't care about safety of their clients my name is Allen Ramoroka
