Pathetic Service

I went to a branch of toyota where I normally service my bakkie which is on motor plan and still under warranty to have them check of my braking lights which were not coming on when applying brakes. Firstly I was told that I must book my car in to have the brakes checked and I told them that I did not have transport cause I must go to centurion and I asked if they will take me to my destination and the answer was no, reason is that its not their route and was told to take it to centurion which I found it unfair because I am not staying that site and the nearest branch to me it is pta north. Then the manager started to shout at me and eventually left me standing on the service reception desk. Some white lady offered some assistance by calling the workshop controller to check the bakkie and after checking I was told that I must take my car to an auto electrician since well I had a trailer connected to the bakkie and trailer must be tested for any fault which I found to be nonsense and left the branch and went to the branch were I bought the Bakkie in Gezina where I was helped by a gentle man by the name Wickus. He just replaced a fuse which had blasted in 5min. I want my petrol money
