Pathetic recall service

Toyota recalls a Yaris for 3 parts,seat rail,airbag and window master switch,the vehicle is booked into Kempton park toyota,only at the end of the day am i told that i can collect my car however there is no stock on the parts.this was the beginning of October 2019,to date nobody has updated me,How does a big brand like toyota recall cars and dont have stock of the parts.To think that i own 3 toyota's.Your service stinks
