Part still on back order! Two months later!

Ordered a part in April and I'm still waiting... I bought a Toyota because I heard there is part availability and good service. I'm not finding this to be the case. Phoned in to enquire more and the call was killed when I eventually got through..

Looks like mitsubishi will get my future business...
