Outstanding service from sales staff

<p>I recently decided to buy a used car for myself but could not find a suitable one in the Pretoria area where I live. I did an internet search and located a possible vehicle on cars.co.za. I expressed interest and got an immediate response from East Rand Toyota, Boksburg. Apart from the other branch staff, the specific Sales Executive, Dawie Marais who responded to my enquiry, went out of his way to make this purchase a very pleasant one. He handled questions/queries in a very professional way and reacted promptly whenever we required arrangements to conclude the deal. He really went out of his way to meet my requirements. in all respects. My personal opinion, based on this experience, is that he did much more than what one would normally expect. My vehicle has now been delivered and I would like to recommend East Rand Toyota in general and specifically their pre-owned sales staff, to anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle in the Gauteng area.</p>
