Oranje Toyota Service Excellence

On Tuesday our car went in for service at the Oranje Toyota branch in Welkom. Seen that I am no longer in Welkom my wife had to take in the car, therefore I am writing on behalf of her excitement about the excellent service she received from staff members. I would like to congratulate Lebo Mohono on her way how she serviced her clients making sure that everything is done properly. Whilst my wife was waiting for transport home she came to the waiting area and even offered to make customers coffee. She is truly an asset to the firm. Even the cleaner made sure the place is always neat and also offered her service to make coffee. At the end of the day after the technician Theo Barnes referred the car for recommendations to Supa Quick it came late and the car was not cleaned and that made my wife very unhappy almost to tears. I said she must speak to Mr Barnes and he explained what exactly happened and that the car is to be returned the following day as there are other outstanding things to be done. Thanks to his excellent assistance the car was fixed in no time and whilst my wife was waiting yet again they(Lebo and Theo) ran around making sure she is comfortable waiting. The other excitement was that she can still not stop to talk about their coffee she never tasted coffee that nice. Thank you to everyone who made her 2 days. Keep up the great service amd Lebo your work ethic is unmatched.
