Oranje Toyota Bloefontein - Non disclosure

2nd July 2015. We brought a second hand Totota Hilux Double cab d4d 3 Liter.<br> Beginning of August we were realised no DIFFLOCK in the bakkie. So we phoned CJ. As i was taking the bakkie in for the lights for the second time he said i should ask the workshop to show me, after the lights were not fixed as it seems they are supposed to be like that. The tech came to the bakkie to show me the difflock. NO DIFFLOCK He said did not know 2014 Totyota Hilux Automatic 3 Liter didnt have difflock. So he sent me to CJ, he told me he will speak to his manager & get back to me. 5.08.15 CJ mailed. He told us in the mail that Jacques(believe his manager)is in JHB and we should give him time till Monday to sort this out. In the mail he states its the first time he heard a Auto Hilux which did not have difflock. 21.08.15.2 weeks later CJ mailed he said he will look for a replacement bakkie for us to trade in this one. He will talk to his Manager. He says its a problem that shouldve been sorted before delivery. We trade in a Bakkie with difflock and decided between a 4x4 and this bakkie but still they did not think to tell us. Should we know there are 3 Liter Auto Bakkie D/c 2014 without difflock?
