Oranja Toyota Kroonstad should win the reward for WORST dealership!

<p>Two years ago, the end of March 2015 we bought a new Toyota Quest plus. (if 1000km's) means new to them! 4000km in of owning the vehicle we started to hear a banging noise coming from the tyres. We immediately took it to ORANJE TOYOTA KROONSTAD. The calipers was loose, and this on a brand new vehicle, are you kidding me! Their reply: Oh this will happen every 5000km's or so and they will fix it only until the warranty runs out! Then we will have to pay for it ourselves. I couldnt believe that a person representing the TOYOTA brand can say something like this. Immediately we lost faith in Toyota which we have been driving for years! Oh and then he said: while driving just break suddenly and very hard and the noise will go away. What on earth! We demanded that they replace the calipers, which they did, but not long after that the terrible noise was back. Again we took it to Toyota Kroonstad. Again they put on new calipers....and once again the noise came back. The fifth time I took the car in I asked the mechanic if he had similar problems with this model...he said YES! Wow! I got fedup and lodged a complaint with Toyota SA. After almost a month they arranged for one of their engineers to come and have a look. So he says, the pins are not properly desighned for the calipers but he will modify it and put these modified pins in. It went well for another 4000km and then it started again, now the noise were eaven louder than before!</p> <p>We want our money back or all hell will break loose for Toyota! Since a dealership tells its clients that this model will always do this is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!! Doesnt seem as if he has much faith in the product he sells? And then to tell us we will have to start paying for it when the warranty runs out??????? He didnt offer to dig deeper and contact Toyota SA? I HAD TO!!! And I am fedup with this car! And dont even get me started with the Head office! John Oliver, John Tompson, Leon Theron and Andrew Kirby.... they all work for Toyota SA but they do not have cellphones or direct lines???? They are so imported that they cannot speak to the man on the street as told by the call centre, They only speak to companies!???</p> <p>Wow! Toyota fix this problem or recall this model!</p>
