Orange Toyota Klerksdorp refusing to cancel the contract as the car i bought from them is was faulty

I bought a Meroon VW Polo 1.2 2015 from Orange Toyota Klerksdorp on the 9th January 2021, and on the 10th January 2021 i called Koos (Salesman) and complained about a couple of problems namely the broken radiator fan, high petrol consumption, rear shocks making sounds, gears having knocks when changing and not balanced, and the fan control unit not installed or missing, fan running non stop even if the car is not running, then after a couple of days i realized that the car was from a accident as a lot problems started to come up, and on the 23rd January 2021 on my way back from work, alarms came up and i called some guy to come and check what the problems is, only to find out that there was no water, that was when i called Koos and told him that i cant take it anymore because now i'm spending money on fixing and paying people for a car that i thought it was still as new, but i was wrong, then i told him that i had called the Motor Industry Ombudsman and asked for their advice and they told me i should return the car, and if i don't get the help then i must contact them again and lay a formal complaint which they will briefly handle, so i ended up taking the car back, then today the 25 January 2021 i spoke to Koos and he told me that i must send an email to his Manager Kabous Venter, then i did just that stating that i do not want the car anymore and that they must cancel the contract immediately, then kabous rep**** by saying that he will never cancel the contract but rather he will fix the car according to the CPA, and i can go ahead with the complaint, and by that time i complained about the car the second day i bought it.
