ORANGE TOYOTA BLOEMFONTEIN- POOR AND DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE TO CLIENTS.

Orange Toyota Bloemfontein has been nothing but a disappointment to me, thus is gor the 2nd time! On Friday 22 September, I took my car in for service, was there around 7h25 am. I had previously made a request to be ferried back to work after dropping my car off, despite that, we were made to wait until 9h40 before transport arrived. No apology and no one bothered to explain what was happening even though majority of us had to equally be at work!

I was called in the afternoon, atound 15h03 that my car was ready and that transport is coming. 30min later, i called Toyota bsck and was put through to a driver; OMG 😲 wasn't I yelled at, i was told I'm not the only client Toyota has and that I should wait at some robots in Charlotte Maxeke Street! I waited because i respected their time, but still I was addressed in a hash and ********* behavior!

The driver only came at 16h49 didn't even wait for me to ask why he delayed and kept me waiting at the robots, downtown knowing how rough that part of the city is for women! He told me to call Toyota became my business is with them! As if it's not enough, the driver took a turn to the township (Mangaung) and said, he equally needed to pick other people before going back to Toyota! 2hours (Including the wait and actual arrival at Orange Toyota) I had a crisis outside Bloemfontein and I called in to Toyota to inform them and all they could say was it's not their fault as well, they have one vehicle and it has to cater for everyone!

We book for service and express the need for transport, Toyota is a big company not to take us into consideration like this! Why is it that they failed to group people according to their destinations, time and so on? I'm a paying customers but was left there stranded and no one bothered to answer any of our questions on transport, I only got bad attitude to a point where I believed that the bad service, poor response and failure to attend to my concerns was based on the fact that I'm black! It was only black people waiting for transport in the morning, and still, it was only black that were picked late that day!

I'm so heartbroken and feel disrespected!
