offer accepted/ approved. Dealer declines if internal fin service is not used.

Got an offer from toyota east rand on a fortuner, app**** for finance, approved. Toyota also offered a good option with good rate. My bank opted to match which resulted in a better deal for me. Yesterday the bank was requesting the invoice to continue. I was delayed by the dealer EAST RAND TOYOTA the entire day only to be told you use our finance or no deal. Is this how toyota does business. Nowhere on the offer does it state sale subject to : toyota fin services being used. Spoke to Johan "dealer principal" providing the same scale option. Receiving the offer getting finance approved , cleary shows that the offer was accepted and processed. Can you please contact me to discuss this urgently. This is unacceptable and i will ensure to spread this on social media. I will purchase else where. Toyota will never sell me anything again.
