NTT Toyota Mokopane is tops!!!

We've only been a client of Mokopane for a few years and every experience and interaction we have with them, just gets better. On Friday 8th May we called to enquire on an airbag light that switched on, on the dashboard of the bakkie. NTT Toyota Mokopane said we can just bring the bakkie to them and they will have a look. We took the bakkie in, Johan Oosthuizen immediately had a look at the problem and offered his service bakkie for us to use while the repair takes place. He didn't say we must first make an appointment or any excuse to help us. Turn around time was 1 1/2 hours to replace all the wires that had been damaged. I had no words to explain this WOW service. 1 1/2 hours later I arrived at the service station, bakkie was fixed and ready to go. <br> <br> NTT Toyota's staff were friendly, inviting and professional. It's the best service I experienced in a very long time. <br> <br> We will continue to remain a customer of NTT Toyota Mokopane, they go out of their way to help. <br> <br> Thank you Johan and your staff for valuing us as a customer, we appreciate your service delivery!!!<br> <br> It's was really a WOW moment for us!!!
