not willing to replace automotive accesories

Good day All<br> Last year I purchased a vehicle from Athlone Market Toyota and requested a few things that needed to be fixed.<br> they fixed most of the items asked , however I also had to contact the Dealer Principle but still no customer satisfaction. It has been almost three months and everytime I call the sales manager Calvin says they are sourcing for the part and nothing further. I have purchased the vehicle for quiet a some of money however the after sales service from management is allot of lies and to date nothing has been done to replace or even contact me as the customer to advise if the part is available.<br> So much for being a valid customer at Market Toyota Athlone , will my their promise to replace the part ever happen or maybe I should rather make it a legal issue as this is breach of contract . The utter nonsense they promises the customers.
