Not paying for a vehicle

<p>We have sold a car to market Toyota Athlone. They gave us a written undertaking to pay us once they had received the vehicle, the registration document as well as the signed transfer documents. They have had the car for 7 days, and we still haven't received the payment. We have followed up daily, and we keep getting excuses re: head office. We have left a message for the dealer principal (Ahmad Jacobs) to call us back, but we have heard nothing. We have asked them to give us the car back, but nobody is contacting us.</p>
