I refer to my email to TFS to get the Natis document. Although I mentioned the vehicle was a cash transaction, they left me in the dark with an answer that they don't have my account number! PLEASE, TOYOTA. I have been so chuffed with your services through the years, but this is ABSOLUTE NO service to a loyal customer. PLEASE ASSIST!!
