No spare key

<p>I collected my demo Toyota Corolla on 3 Feb 2017. Today it is a month later and I'm still waiting for the spare key which was supposedly going to be couriered to me. This is pathetic service !!! Every time I phone the salesman, I get some story about head office. Totally unacceptable.</p>
