No Response from Toyota Head Office

Let me begin by saying that Toyota cars, bakkies are one of the best makes in the world. Our family have bought many, many new Toyota cars and bakkies over the past 50 years. My problem with Toyota presently is that the front badges in their cars, like the one I drive presently, are just clipped on and is so easy to pry it out with any sharp object. The badge on my car just got ****** last week. And it is not cheap I can tell you to buy a replacement badge. I do not understand why Toyota Motor Corporation do not use a super type of glue to deter the *****ing of the badges. Or is it their intention that customers should be buying the badges to make some extra money for the dealers? I wrote a letter to Toyota head office South Africa a few days ago and as yet not had any response, let alone an acknowledgement! Another thing I would like to point out is that the email address on the service book does not work! (***). That is BAD!
