No response from anyone

I purchased a Toyota and also purchased an extended service plan. When I download the app it keeps saying my service plan expires before it should. After multiple emails I can never get a response. If I compare the experience I've had with VW to Toyota it makes a lot of sense as why people buy more VWs. Toyota has been replaced from start to finish.
