No parts availble for my car.

I drive a Toyota Rav4 Fierce , model 2009. I was recently in an accident . My car needs fender beadings . It has been with the panel beaters for about two months because they can't find the parts anywhere. My car was a special addition so even Toyota SA don't have the parts. My car rental expired , I have no car to use . I don't know what to do know. How come there are no parts available?
