No assistance and service

<p>I sold my car and the buyer went through ps direct from standard bank and to my surprise when i phoned toyota after i was told my car is settled they told me the car was settled on 2/12/2016 but that it was also reversed on the same day.This was done before the buyer fetch the car even so now the buyer is sitting with my car and my account at toyota is still open and for me to do payments.Ps Direct claims they did not do the reversal and also did not receive the money back from toyota.I urgently phoned them cause now it seems between ps direct and toyota they dont care what happend now i have to find out who reversed it and to whom the money was paid to before ps direct will return my car.So the money dissapeared between ps direct and toyota.I phoned toyota several times asking for assistance asking for details and their answer.... so mam we dont know we can only give a detailed statement but we cant help to tell you who did this on your account but please remember you are still liable even though i dont have my car and they let the money dissapear without having any trace on it!!!!!!!how the hell do you let this happen and not know!!!!!A Keaton one of their managers promised to assist so now if i phone he doesnt take my calls and he doesnt return them they are not even helping my lawyers.But o can promise you they will want their instalments every month.I dont think you get any more pathetic assistance then toyota finance!!!!!!!!</p>
