No Assistance

I was recently involve in an accident and my car was written off. I logged a query with Toyota SA as my air bags did not deploy and wanted some assistance as my passenger and myself could have been killed as the air bags did not deploy. I paid a very expensive price for my Toyota with air bags and expected them to work. if this is the case then i should have bought a car with out air bags and paid a cheaper price. 'Yaseen SMITH' called my cell once and sent me an email to say he could not get a hold of me but never tried again, I sent 'Yaseen SMITH' 3 emails since Friday lunch time and today 4 days later still no answer. This is the worst service i have received from Toyota and i dont think that i will ever chose Toyota again as my car again. This is not the service that one should be getting in time of needs and when someone has been injured. The airbags should have deployed and i am very upset with the service that Toyota SA has provided. I need someone to please contact me
