Nightmare after 1 month of nothing

Please bear with this post- it will be LONG and has a background story.

BACKGROUND
Had a Nissan NP200 which was in a front side accident involving a buck at around 120,000km.
Insurance sent vehicle to a panel beaters to fix body work.
When vehicle was taken back by us there was a 'click' on the vehicle which was immediately reported to insurance.
Tires etc etc were replaced.
LOOOONG story short- the timing chain had shifted during side front impact which resulted in it falling off and having the vehicle totalled.
Insurance covered all expenses.
Interesting side note- found out the panel beaters that the car was taken to was NOT Nissan approved and that the ceasing of the engine could have been prevented had they followed the Nissan prodecure involving body and/or paintwork.
(A safety and quality check at a Nissan dealership after body work is done)

TODAY'S STORY
17 Oct:
Toyota Etios Cross was in a front side accident involving a buck at around 30,000km.

Insurance informed and they agreed to go ahead with work.
They wanted to send the vehicle to a panel beaters.
Due to past experience I fought with them to have work done at the local (Caledon) Toyota Bakwerke.

18 Oct:
Caledon Toyota gives me a quotation of R34, 879.86.
Insurance is not willing to cover the full amount as their panel beaters would be cheaper.
(Understandable).
I then speak to manager at Caledon Bakwerke and ask if their is any manner in which he could assist with the amount in order for us to be able to make use of them.
He says that if I pay cash (or card) that the dealership has a 5% cash discount policy.
I state that this is not enough.
I then speak to the Parts manager who agrees to give me 5% discount on the parts that he ca.
(understandable if not all parts can get a discount).

19 Oct:
I authorise the insurance and agree to take it on on my own.
Insurance pays into my account.
I go into dealership and in front of Bakwerke receptionist and manager instruct them to start work.
Ask how long it would take and I am told a week or two depending on factors such as couriers.
(Understandable)

20 Oct:
Call Caledon Toyota and ask if there is s courtesy vehicle I can make use of till the vehicle is finished as it is a company vehicle and a vehicle not working causes me a financial loss.
I am told they do not have courtesy vehicles and dont give for these situations.

15 Nov:
Phone dealership because I have had no correspondence from them.
Get told manager is out of office and he will call me as soon as possible.

16 Nov.
Receive phonecall from manager.
Get told- Oh we didnt know we are supposed to start with your vehcile.
We havent even ordered the parts yet!
Speak to some boss of Caledon Toyota and he apologises profusely.
I stated how I fought to have my car worked on there due to my past experience.
And I was disappointed in the service I was receiving.
I did mention the 5% cash discount and the 5% discount on some parts to him.
He then told me he would fly the parts into the workshop and was going to give me a courtesy vehicle in the meantime.

17 Nov:
Collect courtesy vehicle.

Today: 21 Nov:
get told the vehicle is ready for collection.

Invoice shows 7% discount on most parts.
Yet the total parts amount does not equal the 5% discount we agreed upon.
There are a total amount of R1,172.23 of parts used other than those quoted.

Secondly the bumper seems to have been pained a matt black and not equally.
My husband pointed this out and the bakwerke manager claims that no paint was used, it must be polish. Yet on my invoice there is a R720.00 for SALES PAINT MAT.

Thirdly, my husband said ***** the small details just pay the bill.
The manager then said that he did not agree to a 5% cash discount and he has already given me a discount of R213.00 (not reflected on the invoice).

MOST IMPORTANTLY:
The vehicle has NOT been for a safety and quality to confirm that the vehicle is once again in a working condition!
He says that would be an additional fee.
Above and beyond the R34,028.58 that we are now expected to pay??????

This is also being queried at Toyota South Africa.
