Never buy anything from Toyota Rustenburg or Northam or any Toyota

I just want to say that I will never do business with Toyota Rustenburg and Toyota Northam nor any Toyota Garage ever. Thirstily I went to my Local dealer Rustenburg and was very interested in the ne Corolla cross as am standing on the floor for me to be help all sales people ignore me as I went there with my Picanto. after 45 min no one came to help me as all off them was busy with the one person still then I tried calling to arrange to see someone as I was just told I am not allowed to do it like that . Then I asked to speak to the Principal and I was told I am not allowed to Speak to him as I he is the Principle .Then I contacted Northam Toyota where I bought my car with a Fight then the price and stuff that was on the Purchased offer suddenly changed with them being very shady people. Then I got my car and I needed to Fica my Documents as I bought the car at Toyota Northam I took my Documents to RTB Toyota where I was Refused to FICA my Documents by the dealer Manager and the Finance Lady where she is very Rude not only to me but also the Employees. Screaming at them over the Phone after I made a Appointment with them . after my 4rth appointment I decided to go to a Local garage avura to Fica my Documents very embarrassing, My travelling Permit has already expired and no one even tried to call me to extend it or to make arrangements , I as the client had to call the Dealer to ask no customer has to ask as a sales man you should phone your customer and not the other way around, I hope that out of this Toyota can send there employees for customer service training as they do not know how treat a customer and they give customers false info, I am a business man and in future I will make sure that no on off any family member or any one I know will ever go to Toyota again and I pray to god to help Avura to be the Best ever .
