Natis paperwork

My mother purchased a vehicle via Toyota Finance/Wesbank 15 years ago. She finished paying it off and didnt request for her papers ,she now battling cancer and wanted her paperwork in order, she discovered that the Toyota vehicle papers have not been received.

Due to her condition she asked me to assit in requesting the Natis paper, I called in Wesbank after days of pillar to post I was sent a 3rd party consent form to fill in her details giving me permission to request.

The form was returned with woth Both my ID and herself, acknowledgement of receipt was sent with details on where to get the papers.

After few days I get an email saying she needs to call in herself, i am talking about someone who hasnt moved and in bed for weeks ,how can she do such heavy duties .

I then escalated Veronica from Toyota calls my mother which she confirms that they should be sent ro me .

Now i get an email form Thabi Rampedi to send medical records where i the terms and conditions was it written to send such personal information.

She has fuly paid for that car and she should be getting her paper work not 15 years later .
