my toyota etios

Hi my name is yaseen ,I have been up and down to toyota trying to sort out my car ,my cars problem is doesn't idle properly ,it has a non start ,and my battery just keeps getting flat ....but this guy andre he gives me all the reasons not to help he will keep my car for a day and he says he fixed everything but nothing has been done ,he changed my car battery ,but I still have the same problem.then the last time I went back he is telling me he can't help because my warranty is expired but my car still has warranty .....please help me with this issue
