My experience was terrible

My experience was terrible . There is no system ,my keys was not even tagged , most of the mechanics do not even know what they doing I believe they are not even trained or skilled for the job . The place to service vehicles is absolutely dirty for such a big company their floors are disgusting I dnt think the cleaners are even doing their jobs . Dnt be fooled by the clean floors in the front because where our cars are actually serviced is disgusting .The reception staff also have attitude behave like they doing us a favor . My suggestion to this company is that if u guys actually take our reviews into consideration and make some changes as we dnt want to come to url cause of all the issues . we pay alot of money for service we expect quality n experts doing our vehicles.
