Mthatha Toyota - WORST OF THEM ALL!!!

I took my car for a service at Toyota in mthatha as scheduled (many days ago). When I get there I’m told the other parts required for the completion of the service we’re not in stock and they’ll do what they can do and leave the rest for later. My issue with this is that this service was scheduled a while ago and they have all the details of the car and they also know exactly what service interval I’m coming for. Why weren’t these relevant parts not ordered prior to the actual date of service and also how does one pride themselves with doing a half job and finishing later. Won’t the worn off parts infiltrate the new parts then??? Who gets to make these decisions there that don’t look at the whole picture. Secondly, they kept my truck with them previously until the service warranty finished all because they’re waiting for a part and when it was time for the service they told me my warranty has lapsed whereas it lapsed whilst the vehicle was in their possession. Is this a legitimate business or ****** den??? Somebody enlighten us please!
