I took my car for my 45000 km service at Toyota mosselbay on about 42000km. I recieved my vehicle back and was told all is in order. On about 48000 km my rear wheals started making a noice like metal on metal. I took my car to the dealership for investigation. They called me back, told me my breaks are done and it damaged my discs. After an up and down on whos negligance it is they told me they will repair it i just need to pay the pads of about R2700, but that is not were my problem stoped. The noice were stil there but not as it used to be. I took my kar in and they told me they cant find anything wrong after the technisian drove with me and heard it. I took my car and off i go, again i took my car back with the same noice, this time they told me they gona replace the discs. Once again the noice is still there. On Wednesday 3/10/18 i made an opointment for today 5/10/18, i took my car in this morning just before 8, just for an service advisor to contact me back at about 2 stating they wont be able to attend to my car today. I please must bring it in Monday again. Now i made an apoinment at an other dealership in hope that they will be able to assist me, i am not happy at all!
