Motus Toyota Cape Gate - TERRIBLE service!!!

I recently serviced my FJ Cruiser at the Motus Toyota Cape Gate service centre. What a TERRIBLE experience it was. After having to take my vehicle back for the third time I finally decided that I will never ever use this service facility again.

The engine wasn't cleaned prior to servicing, sand and dirt all over and to my dis belief the WHOLE engine was covered in Anti Freeze, and left that way. Full of sand dust and grime AFTER the service!! Half my engine was covered in oil as the technician made such a mess, no pride in anything he did. Not to even mention how filthy I received my vehicle. Had to take it back twice after that for them to clean up. How much dirt ended up inside my engine after this service was done in between the dirt and filth.

To make matters worse, the after service consultant phoned me for a review and I explained to her my frustration and unhappiness - she assured me that this was totally unacceptable and one of the managers at Motus Toyota Cape Gate will contact me. Its now a week later, and I havent heard anything back - absolutely pathetic!

To summarise this experience, it was TERRIBLE, poor workmanship, poor admin, poor quality over all. I am disappointed to be associated with this legendary brand.

We as customers pay alit of money for this poor pathetic service, its a shame Toyota!
