Mortimer Toyota Newcastle - Carrier Bearing (~ R 2 000)

I bought parts (carrier bearing) from Mortimer Toyota Newcastle for my Toyota Camry. The diagnosis was done by the mechanic with agreement from Mortimer Toyota Newcastle. Upon taking the car in for repairs it was found the stud axle was broken. Therefore the parts ordered were not required. I could not return the parts within the stipulated 15 days. However, I am stuck with the parts and they of course cannot be used anywhere else. It will be better if the dealer stocks it and sells it to someone else or uses it for somebody else's benefit. Mortimer should at least consider providing a credit note, since I am a regular customer and the vehicle was purchased through them originally.
